Job summary

You will schedule and monitor service jobs, manage stock, raise quotes and invoices, and liaise with sales, trades, suppliers and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, scheduling and customer service is a must.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience with simPRO is a bonus; training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordinating jobs
• Monitoring service jobs from start to completion
• Order and allocate stock to jobs
• Raise and follow up quotes as instructed
• Raise invoices and follow up payments
• Entering supplier invoices and reconciling monthly statements
• Assist with stock take and maintain stock levels
