Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and determine needs.
• Take accurate messages and direct calls to the appropriate team member.
• Handle general enquiries relating to installations, existing jobs and services.
• Monitor and respond to general office emails and maintain accurate notes.
• Coordinate and schedule solar and battery installations based on availability.
• Contact customers to arrange and confirm installation dates.
• Review upcoming installations to ensure readiness and required documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations for equipment and stock needs.
• Keep customers informed and manage concerns professionally.
