Job summary

Civilmart is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator at our Larapinta site to act as the link between customers and the Sales, Production, Despatch and Transport teams. You will manage enquiries, quotes and orders from start to finish, building strong relationships and helping keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes service excellence and close collaboration within the CRH network, offering growth opportunities and exposure across global operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, internal sales, sales support or a similar customer-facing role.
• Previous experience in the construction, building materials, manufacturing, supply chain or related industries.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A customer-first approach and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to navigate challenges when they arise.
• Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Experience managing quotes, orders and customer enquiries from start to finish.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and business systems such as ERP or CRM platforms.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with Sales, Production, Transport and Operations teams.
• The initiative to take ownership, follow through on commitments and keep customers informed along the way.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to contributing to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, orders and requests via phone, email and in person.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and provide customers with updates throughout the order journey.
• Coordinate with Production, Transport and Despatch teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to support customer accounts and key projects.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders within company systems.
• Assist with managing stock levels of resale products and provide general administrative support to the branch.
