Sydney Hapag-Lloyd is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Sydney head office in the CBD on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on delivering efficient customer service within the export and import cargo processes.

You will process customer requests, support bookings, documentation and container release tasks, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist in resolving enquiries for internal and external customers.
