Job summary

Hapag-Lloyd AG is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term contract based in our Sydney head office. The role supports the Customer Service Team across exports and imports, handling bookings, documentation and container releases with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will engage with internal/external customers, resolve inquiries related to shipments, invoices and claims, and follow standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process customer requests accurately and professionally within the team.
• Support cargo bookings, documentation and container release tasks in Export/Import.Ensure regulatory compliance in daily tasks.
• Assist in resolving inquiries from internal and external customers about shipments, invoices and claims.
• Adhere to SOPs and local guidelines for customer service coordination.
