Job summary

Hapag-Lloyd, based in Sydney CBD, seeks a Customer Service Coordinator for a 12-month contract. You will join the Customer Service Team and help drive efficiencies across export/import bookings, documentation and container release tasks, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring a positive, proactive customer-service mindset, strong English, and experience with MS Office. Hybrid work arrangements are available after probation, with a supportive team and monthly events.

• Follow Hapag-Lloyd SOPs and local guidelines.
