Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process customer requests accurately and professionally within the CS team.
• Participate in Export and Import cargo bookings, documentation and container release tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Resolve inquiries for internal and external customers related to shipment, documentation, invoices and claims.
