National Workforce Pty Ltd in Sydney’s Western Suburbs is seeking a experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a busy team. This full-time role involves handling customer enquiries, processing orders and delivering excellent service across the customer journey.

You will work closely with internal teams, manage records, assist with product information and ensure smooth order coordination. Salary up to AUD 75,000 plus Superannuation is offered for a permanent position in Glendenning, NSW.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support or administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with order processing and data entry.
• A conscientious approach with strong organisational skills.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
• Assist customers with product information, recommendations and general enquiries.
• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Liaise with internal departments to coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Provide sales administration support to the wider team.
• Maintain customer information and update internal systems.
