Core Talent is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our client in the Fairfield area, Western Sydney. The role supports the national sales team, coordinating contracts, service updates, and account setups to ensure seamless operations.

You will work across sales, logistics and finance, handling quotes, proposals and client communications. A background in sales support or customer service is preferred, with strong MS Office and CRM skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales Support, Sales Administration, or fast-paced Customer Service role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working with PDF documents.
• Experience with CRMs or job management systems is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process new contracts, service updates, renewals, and cancellations, and set up and maintain customer accounts.
• Prepare quotes, client proposals, and tender documentation, and assist managers with diary management and communications.
• Be a point of contact for client inquiries on service schedules, equipment, and account updates.
• Collaborate daily with logistics, field operations, and finance to ensure service delivery and billing accuracy.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with sales performance reporting.

Our client is a well-established, rapidly expanding national service provider delivering essential waste management, recycling, and industrial solutions across Australia. With operations across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and Western Australia, they pride themselves on operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

As their national sales team continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join their Sydney operations team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will serve as the engine room of the commercial operations. You will play a crucial role as the central link between the sales team, field operations, and accounts - ensuring new contracts, service updates, and account setups run seamlessly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process new contracts, service modifications, renewals, and cancellations, and set up and maintain clean customer account profiles within internal operational platforms.
• Prepare professional quotes, client proposals, and tender documentation, and assist Business Development Managers with diary management, customer communications, and contract follow-ups.
• Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries regarding service schedules, equipment, and account updates, resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate daily across logistics, field operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate service delivery and billing execution.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM, manage digital sales files, and assist with regular sales performance reporting.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bring a previous background in a Sales Support, Sales Administration, or fast-paced Customer Service role (experience within waste management, logistics, transport, or industrial service sectors is highly regarded, but not essential).
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word) and working with PDF documents, with experience working with CRMs or specialised job management systems being a bonus.
• Possess excellent data entry accuracy and paperwork thoroughness before hand-off to operations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally across both internal teams and external clients.
• Maintain the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic, busy environment.
