The role requires proven customer service experience in a call centre or customer-facing environment, excellent communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work with systems and databases.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre.
Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other channels.
Respond to questions about safety products, services, and compliance.
