Job summary

CSR is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Schofields team in NSW. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and in person, process orders in SAP, and build strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a high-volume customer service environment, with strong communication skills and experience with CRM and SAP. This role offers Tuesday–Saturday shifts and a supportive career path within CSR.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in call centre or high-volume customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience using CRM systems and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Process orders accurately in SAP.
• Proactively update customers on order status and delivery.
• Resolve customer issues, returns, and complaints promptly.
• Maintain CRM records and front counter professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless service.
