Job summary

Modaliving in Seven Hills, NSW, is seeking a friendly Customer Service & Sales Support specialist to work in our showroom and e-commerce channel, helping customers with inquiries, orders and information. You’ll engage with customers face-to-face, by phone and email, check stock, prepare quotations and process orders, with no cold calling and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and help customers with enquiries.
• Respond to customer emails and online messages.
• Welcome customers to Seven Hills showroom and help them explore our range.
• Provide product information and help customers choose products.
• Check stock availability, pricing and product information.
• Prepare quotations and invoices.
• Process phone and showroom orders and assist with changes.
• Follow up on orders, delivery status and enquiries.
• Assist with after-sales and warranty enquiries and coordinate with warehouse.
• General office administration, data entry and document preparation.
• Assist with pricing, sales information and day-to-day sales support tasks.
