About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our Seven Hills NSW location. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer support to our valued clients. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert assistance, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring their complete satisfaction. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellent service and supporting the growth of Amare Safety.

Key responsibilities

• Handling incoming customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner
• Responding promptly to customer questions regarding safety products, services, and compliance requirements
• Processing customer orders
• Troubleshooting customer issues and providing effective solutions or escalating matters to appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions using company systems
• Providing product and service information to customers to support their purchasing decisions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
• Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to processes and procedures
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues to maintain high standards of service
