Amare Safety Pty Ltd seeks a Customer Service Specialist to join our Seven Hills NSW team. This full-time role is the main contact for customers, delivering expert assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring satisfaction to support our growth.

You will handle calls, emails, and orders, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a call centre or customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to stay calm and professional.
• Proficient with computer systems and databases.
• Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to satisfaction.
• Reliable, punctual and a team player.
• Experience in safety/compliance is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other channels professionally.
• Respond to questions about safety products, services, and compliance.
• Process customer orders and troubleshoot issues.
• Escalate matters to appropriate departments when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using company systems.
• Provide product information to support purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
