Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role (office or retail).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments including Sales, Product Managers, Warehouse and Accounts.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers.
• Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and business processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
