Job summary

CSR Springboard is seeking a proactive Sales Support Officer in Ingleburn, NSW. You will be the central link between customers, sales teams, and operations, ensuring smooth order execution and exceptional customer experiences.

You will support sales processes, manage pricing integrity, and generate reports while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in customer service and sales support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Experience with SAP and CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365) is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders via phone and email.
• Provide end-to-end order, credit, and return process support.
• Manage customer claims, rebates, and credit requests.
• Create purchase orders and reconcile invoices for accuracy.
• Generate sales reports, dashboards, and data analyses.
• Maintain pricing integrity and update pricing in systems.
• Support price changes and communicate updates internally.
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties.
