Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels.

• Experience with administering a CRM system and handling enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service in person, phone, and online across multiple council sites.
• Process applications, generate certificates, and handle cashiering and end-of-day reconciliations.
• Lead and support staff during rosters and respond to trends and issues.
