Job summary

InfraBuild is seeking a customer service professional to be the key point of contact for our customers at the Mayfield campus, onsite in New South Wales. You will build strong relationships, coordinate orders from enquiry to delivery, and work closely with sales, warehouse and distribution teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will manage credit approvals and customer account queries, monitor inventory updates, and look for ways to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams to fulfil orders.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers via phone and email.
• Process customer orders and quotes accurately while handling enquiries and issues.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage credit approvals and customer account queries per policy.
• Monitor inventory availability and share updates with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
• Support rural distributors and customers across Australia, fostering long-term partnerships.
