Job summary

Crosbe Pty seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our Seven Hills team in Australia. You will handle orders, resolve enquiries, and ensure timely delivery with accuracy using Ostendo (ERM). A background in customer service and ERP familiarity will help you thrive in our small, collaborative team.

You will support sales, operations and finance, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to a positive, proactive service culture in a growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration.
• A calm, confident and professional phone manner.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Ostendo experience preferred.
• Genuine attention to detail - customers rely on correct orders.
• Flexibility to adapt as customer needs shift.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel).
• Ostendo exposure is a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently exceptional sales experience to customers.
• Provide support to the sales team by being the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
• Receive customer orders (via phone and email).
• Create sales orders in Ostendo (ERM) in an accurate and timely manner.
• Generate daily delivery dockets as required (including pick up dockets).
• Allocate deliveries (small scale).
• Generate customer invoices; review transport supplier invoices.
• Process credit card payments.
• Proactively maintain up-to-date knowledge of Crosbe products and services to ensure superior service and sales experience.
