Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation Australia – Griffith NSW is seeking a Customer Service / Order Management specialist to act as the main liaison for customer inquiries and orders. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, orders and service requests.
• Process quotations, sales orders, artwork approvals and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Scheduling, Pre-Press, Procurement and Accounts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Keep customers informed of progress, timelines and changes impacting delivery.
• Manage customer projects from order placement through invoicing.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in company systems.
• Support Account Managers and assist with new product introductions and press approvals.
• Resolve customer issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
