Aufgaben

• Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries, orders and service requests.
• Process quotations, sales orders, artwork approvals and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Scheduling, Pre-Press, Procurement and Accounts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Inform customers of order progress, timelines and changes impacting delivery; manage projects from order to invoicing.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
• Support Account Managers and assist with new product introductions and subcontracted work.
• Resolve customer issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
