Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation Australia – Griffith NSW is seeking a Customer Service / Order Management specialist to act as the main liaison for customer inquiries and orders. You will process quotations, sales orders and artwork approvals, coordinating with Production and Accounts to ensure on-time delivery.

• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to service delivery.
