Job summary

Montana Colors Australia, part of Briolf Group, is seeking an Accounts & Customer Service Administrator in Condell Park. The role combines accounts administration with direct customer contact and support for the sales team.

You will handle orders, invoicing, collections and customer queries, while coordinating with our European head office and SAP system for accurate recording and processing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in an accounts, administration or customer service role.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Familiarity with inventory transactions in an ERP system.
• Solid working knowledge of accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data and numbers.
• Confident, professional communicator by phone and email.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accounts & finance administration.
• Creating new customer accounts and updating pricing in SAP.
• Liaising with head office in Spain on new product set-ups and invoicing matters.
• Posting customer receipts and processing supplier payments.
• Following up overdue accounts and handling customer account enquiries.
• Preparing monthly customer rebates and intercompany recharges.
• Managing loan equipment agreements with customers and ensuring they are activated in the system.
• Submitting trade credit insurance applications for new customers and quarterly sales declarations to the credit insurer.
