Austral Insulation is seeking an energetic, organised Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our busy Brisbane team. This hands-on role manages customer inquiries, sales orders, and coordinates with production, warehouse and delivery to ensure on-time fulfilment.

You will pride yourself on accuracy, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment, while delivering excellent service and support across the business.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and process customer sales orders in the system.
• Prepare and organise delivery documentation.
• Match POD slips with sales orders and prepare invoicing documentation.
• Ensure completed sales are invoiced accurately and promptly.
• Maintain accurate digital records, customer information and filing systems.
• Process customer payments and cash/POS payments.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Assist customers with product information and order updates.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and inform customers.
