Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor scheduling daily and resolve delays through communication and problem-solving.
• Allocate jobs to press technologies based on specifications and capacity.
• Liaise with Production Manager to align planned work with capacity and targets.
• Communicate lead times and delivery schedules to internal teams.
• Identify delivery risks and collaborate on proactive solutions.
• Assist in planning Customer Technical Visits and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain capacity and machine performance data for decision-making.
• Provide schedule updates in production discussions and meetings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Provide secondary scheduling support during peak periods.
