Job summary

Pacific labels Pty Ltd on the Central Coast NSW seeks a proactive Customer Support / Order Coordinator to act as key contact for clients, handling orders from quotation through production and despatch.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate artwork, production timelines, deliveries, and ensure accurate records; you’ll work with internal teams to meet deadlines and respond to inquiries via phone and email.

Job description

This is a fast paced and rewarding role where you'll become a key point of contact between our customers, managing orders from quotation through to production and despatch.

Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel

Experience in the print/label industry would be highly regarded
