EML is seeking a Case Manager in Sydney to manage a portfolio of CTP claims and support injured claimants on their recovery and return-to-work journey. Full training provided; no prior case management experience required.

The role is permanent and full-time based in the Sydney office with the option to work from home up to 3 days per week after training. You will collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to deliver effective, compliant claims management strategies and a high-quality

Formación

• Experience in claims management.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Allied Health background is beneficial.
• Personal injury experience in alternative schemes is desirable.
• Empathetic, resilient and motivational approach for client support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organization.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a portfolio of CTP claims.
• Proactively manage rehabilitation providers and approval of rehabilitation plans/wellness plans.
• Conduct health promotion activities to enhance customer wellbeing and participation in treatment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver personalised claims management strategies.
• Work with relevant legislative/regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide a tailored, effective, client-focused service experience.
