• Experience delivering CRM and integration projects in the financial/advice sector.
• Ability to coordinate vendors, architects and developers to milestones.
• Delivery track record in advice platforms such as Xplan or AdviceOS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver advice technology projects from business case to BAU
• Lead CRM implementations and the integrations around them
• Manage vendors, architects and developers to clear milestones
• Own scope, budget, RAID and steering committee reporting
• Get advisers and frontline teams ready for go-live
