Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of digital, CRM, content, and always‑on marketing programs.
• Build trusted client relationships and advise on delivery strategy.
• Partner with Client Service, Creative, Technology and Intelligence teams.
• Manage scope, budgets, forecasting, resourcing and profitability.
• Conduct workshops and planning activities to create clarity and momentum.
• Coach Digital Producers and drive AI-enabled ways of working.
