Job summary

Aware Super in Melbourne is seeking a CRM Engineer to plan, manage and coordinate the outcomes delivered by the CRM team, and to lead the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of CRM systems that meet business needs and deliver a seamless user experience. The role requires 5+ years in CRM engineering, a CS/IS degree, and strong Dynamics 365 + Power Platform experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years'CRM Engineer or similar role experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, especially Dynamics 365 (Customer Insights and/or Sales).
• Hands-on Power Platform experience: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps.
• Experience integrating internal and third-party systems using Web Services.
• Nice to have experience with Teams, Office 365 and Azure.
• Excellent analytical and execution skills; Agile and traditional project experience.
