Aware Super is seeking an experienced Delivery Management Lead / Senior Project Manager to drive a key strategic initiative across retirement, advice and digital, with hybrid work and a day-rate contract. The role covers mobilisation to implementation in Sydney or Melbourne, initial 6 months, and collaboration across retirement, advice and digital teams.

You will shape the advice operating model, manage dependencies and risks, coordinate changes across products and journeys, and lead stakeholder

Formación

• End-to-end delivery experience in complex environments (retirement, advice, digital).
• Strong stakeholder management across business, product, technology and operations.
• Experience transforming operating models and integrated delivery plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex retirement and advice initiatives from mobilisation through to implementation.
• Coordinate changes across retirement products, operational processes, systems and digital experiences.
• Develop and manage integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and key decisions.
