Job summary

Aware Super in Sydney/Melbourne is seeking a CRM Engineer for a day-rate contract. You will plan, manage and coordinate CRM outcomes, leading the CRM Team to deliver projects that meet business needs.

The role focuses on developing, implementing and maintaining CRM systems, with close collaboration across IT and business units. Candidates should have at least five years in similar roles, a degree in CS/IS, strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 (Customer Insights or Sales), and experience with Power

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a CRM Engineer or similar role.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
Strong demonstrable technical knowledge of CRM platforms, especially Dynamics 365 (Customer Insights and/or Sales).
Experienced in development of Microsoft Power Platforms(Power BI, Power Automate, Power apps).
Experience in integrating internal systems and 3rd party systems using Web Services.
Additional benefit to have worked with Teams and other Office365 and Azure products.
Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and execution skills.
Prior experience operating in teams that deliver software in Agile and traditional project methodologies.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage and coordinate the outcomes delivered by the CRM Team.
Develop, implement, and maintain CRM systems.
Work closely with various teams to ensure the CRM system meets business requirements and provides a seamless user experience.
