Zusammenfassung

Jetstar Operations Control Centre (JOCC) in Docklands, Melbourne, seeks a Crewing Officer to ensure daily flight crewed in compliance with CASA and company policies.

You'll work a 24-hour rotating shift in a fast-paced team, coordinating crew rosters, accommodations and transport while liaising with Training and Crew Planning. Jetstar offers exclusive staff travel benefits and a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience or knowledge of airline, transport or logistics operations is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based operational environment.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure all flights have sufficient crew in response to changes in crew availability and schedule variations.
• Ensure rosters and duties comply with rostering limitations and CASA legislation.
• Monitor day-to-day operations to optimise daily operational integrity.
• Liaise with Training to ensure flight crew training requirements are met.
• Notify crew of roster changes in a timely manner.
• Manage accommodation and transportation for crew movements.
• Ensure reports and support functions are actioned per policy.
• Coordinate with government/airport departments on required documentation.
• Book and ticket crew traveling as passengers on flights.
• Maintain relationships with Crew Planning Department and Regional Base Managers.
• Maintain Crew Schedule Integrity.
