Job summary

Jetstar is seeking a highly organized Cabin Crew Coordinator to provide administrative and workforce coordination support for the Cabin Crew leaders and crew at our Melbourne head office.

In this fast-paced role you will coordinate workforce and onboarding activities, assist with employment, payroll and operational queries, and ensure key employee records and processes are managed accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, payroll or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting employees and operational leaders.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow actions through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce activities, recruitment administration and crew movements
• Support team coordination, meetings and events
• Maintain accurate employee data, trackers and records
• Support Cabin Crew onboarding and employee administration
• Coordinate uniforms, passes and other operational requirements
• Process payroll information, expenses, invoices and leave requests
• Manage crew compliance and required documentation
• Partner with key teams to resolve queries and outstanding actions
• Provide general administrative support to the Cabin Crew and Head Office teams
• Identify risks, delays or discrepancies as required
• Build strong working relationships with centralised admin team
