Job summary

Jetstar Airways in Melbourne is seeking a Cabin Crew Coordinator to provide essential administrative and workforce coordination support to Cabin Crew leaders and crew at our Melbourne head office.

You will coordinate workforce and onboarding activities, assist with employment, payroll and operational queries, and ensure key employee records and processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce activities, recruitment administration and crew movements.
• Support team coordination, meetings and events.
• Maintain accurate employee data, trackers and records.
• Support Cabin Crew onboarding and employee administration.
• Coordinate uniforms, ASICs, passes and other operational requirements.
• Process payroll information, expenses, invoices and leave requests.
• Manage crew compliance and required documentation.
• Partner with key teams to resolve queries and outstanding actions.
• Provide general administrative support to the Cabin Crew and Head Office teams.
• Identify and elevate risks, delays or discrepancies as required.
• Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with our centralised admin team.
