Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organized Cabin Crew Coordinator to provide essential administrative and workforce coordination support to Cabin Crew leaders and crew at our Melbourne head office. You will coordinate workforce activities, onboarding, payroll queries and maintain accurate employee records to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in administration, payroll, HR or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting employees and operational leaders.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and following actions through to completion.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate workforce activities, recruitment administration and crew movements
• Support team coordination, meetings and events
• Maintain accurate employee data, trackers and records
• Support Cabin Crew onboarding and employee administration
• Coordinate uniforms, ASICs, passes and other operational requirements
• Process payroll information, expenses, invoices and leave requests
• Manage crew compliance and required documentation
• Partner with key teams to resolve queries and outstanding actions
• Provide general administrative support to the Cabin Crew and Head Office teams
• Identify and escape risks, delays or discrepancies as required
• Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with our centralised admin team
