AccountAbility is seeking a Credit Control Supervisor to lead a high-performing credit team in Sydney. The role focuses on reporting, analysis and stakeholder engagement, with minimal day-to-day BAU involvement in collections.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control, AR or Collections
• Demonstrated team leadership or mentoring
• Looking to transition from hands-on to leadership role
• Strong reporting and analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Experience in large, fast-paced organisation
• Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a Credit Control team
• Support the Credit Control Manager with performance and workflow management
• Review reporting, ageing analysis and collection metrics
• Monitor KPIs and identify process improvements
• Deliver meaningful reporting to support business decisions
• Escalate and resolve complex issues while developing the team
• Drive improvements across collections, cash allocation and debtor management
• Support projects, system enhancements and business transformation
• Act as a key contact for reporting, compliance and performance
