Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control, AR or Collections.
• Proven leadership/mentoring experience.
• Strong reporting, analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in a large, fast-paced organisation.
• Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing credit team, driving process improvements and efficiency.
• Key focus on reporting, analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead, coach and develop a Credit Control team.
• Support the Credit Control Manager with team performance, workflow management and strategic initiatives.
• Review reporting, ageing analysis and collection performance metrics.
• Monitor team KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Deliver meaningful reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues while supporting team development.
• Drive improvements across collections, cash allocation and debtor management processes.
• Support projects, system enhancements and business transformation initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact for reporting, compliance and operational performance.
