Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a Credit Control team
• Support the Credit Control Manager with performance and workflow management
• Review reporting, ageing analysis and collection metrics
• Monitor KPIs and identify process improvements
• Deliver meaningful reporting to support business decisions
• Escalate and resolve complex issues while developing the team
• Drive improvements across collections, cash allocation and debtor management
• Support projects, system enhancements and business transformation
• Act as a key contact for reporting, compliance and performance

• $100,000 - $120,000 + Super | Sydney CBD | 2 Days WFH

THE ROLE

• Lead, coach and develop a Credit Control team
• Support the Credit Control Manager with team performance, workflow management and strategic initiatives

THE PERSON

• Previous experience within Credit Control, AR or Collections environments
• Demonstrated team leadership, supervisory or mentoring experience
• Looking to transition from a hands-on operational role into a broader leadership position
• Strong reporting, analysis and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Experience working within a large, fast-paced organisation
• Passion for developing people and improving processes
