Formación

• Minimum 3 years leadership experience in credit control.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Australian credit law.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of Credit Controllers.
• Oversee debt collection and negotiate payment plans.
• Manage write-offs with focus on cash collection.
• Serve as escalation point for complex queries.
