Qualifications

• Proven experience in contracts administration on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Sound understanding of head contracts, subcontracts, variations, EOT and progress claim processes.
• Experience managing tender evaluations and subcontractor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of the head contract and proforma subcontracts.
• Administer notices in accordance with timing requirements.
• Compile contract documents with inputs from Construction and Commercial Managers.
• Arrange quotations from subcontractors and coordinate post-tender negotiations.
• Manage tender evaluations and recommend subcontractors for approval.
• Prepare subcontract documents for signing and safekeeping of originals.
• Ensure approvals and insurances are in place before site work begins.
• Prepare and verify monthly progress claims and payment authorities.
