ACCIONA Infrastructure in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Contracts Administrator to own the contract lifecycle on a project, negotiating subcontracts, managing variations and claims, and protecting ACCIONA's rights. You will work with operations, finance and legal to improve procurement and commercial outcomes.
The role provides exposure to tendering, procurement and risk, with monthly project economic reporting and a clear path to delivering value for money on major infrastructure.
ACCIONA is a global company, leading in the development of regenerative infrastructure that creates a positive impact on society. Our workforce consists of more than 65,000 professionals, present in more than 40 countries across the five continents, all contributing to our mission to design a better planet. Are you a passionate individual who wants to make a difference, promote sustainable development, and find solutions to the biggest global challenges, including climate change, overpopulation, and water scarcity? Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.
ACCIONA Infrastructure delivers major civil, transport, rail, road, water and tunnelling projects across Australia and New Zealand. Our commercial teams work alongside operations, finance and legal, so contract decisions shape how each project is priced, built and delivered. You will join a team that protects ACCIONA's rights and keeps complex projects commercially sound.
You will report to the Finance Manager and own the contract lifecycle on your project, from subcontract negotiation to day-to-day administration. Protect ACCIONA's rights, manage variations and claims, and raise commercial risk early. You will work with operations, finance and legal, and build supplier relationships that improve quality and value. You will also prepare monthly project economic reports and help improve the procurement and commercial process. The role gives you ownership of commercial outcomes and broad exposure to tendering, procurement and risk.
