ACCIONA Australia is seeking a Contracts professional to own the contract lifecycle on a Brisbane project, from subcontract negotiation to day-to-day administration. You will report to the Finance Manager and collaborate with operations, finance and legal to protect ACCIONA's rights and drive value across procurement and risk management.

In this role you will manage variations and claims, prepare monthly project economic reports, and support tendering, procurement and risk processes.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commerce, Engineering, Law, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in a Contracts/Commercial Administrator or similar role.
• Experience managing contracts within construction, engineering, marine, resources, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to obtain a successful National Crime Check and Pre-employment Medical.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate, award and execute subcontracts and other significant procurement packages.
• Administer subcontracts day to day to protect ACCIONA's rights and obligations.
• Manage variations, claims and contract documentation.
• Identify, log and reduce contract and supply chain risks.
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate proposals for value for money outcomes.
• Build supplier and stakeholder relationships that improve quality and value.
• Control costs, forecast and report monthly on project economic performance.
