Job summary

ACCIONA Infrastructure is seeking a Contracts Administrator to own the contract lifecycle on major projects in Australia, reporting to the Finance Manager. You will protect ACCIONA’s rights, manage variations and claims, and deal with procurement, tendering and risk with operations, finance and legal teams.

You will build supplier relationships, prepare monthly economic reports, and contribute to value for money outcomes across civil, transport and water projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Contracts Administrator, Commercial Administrator or similar contract management role.
• Experience managing contracts within construction, engineering, marine, resources, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to obtain a National Crime Check and Pre-employment Medical.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, award and execute subcontracts and significant procurement packages.
• Administer subcontracts day to day to protect ACCIONA’s rights and obligations.
• Manage variations, claims and contract documentation.
• Identify, log and reduce contract and supply chain risks.
• Prepare tender documents and evaluate proposals for value for money outcomes.
• Build supplier and stakeholder relationships to improve quality and value.
• Control costs, forecast and report monthly on project economic performance.
