Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to support the Alkimos Seawater Alliance in Perth. You will oversee subcontract agreements, payments, and variations, while safeguarding the commercial position and ensuring compliance across the procurement process.

You will engage with project stakeholders, attend pre-start meetings, and contribute to building a collaborative, high-performing project team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Commerce or relatable field of study.
• Experience in contracts administration on construction projects.
• Construction Induction Training (White Card) compliance.
• Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Compile and execute subcontractor agreements.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier payments.
• Maintain register of subcontract variations.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with contract terms.
• Support project team on subcontract management.
• Build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
• Attend pre-start meetings during project delivery.
