Job summary

ACCIONA Geotech seeks a Contracts Administrator to support major infrastructure projects from our Melbourne office. You will manage head contracts, subcontractor agreements, variations and claims, collaborating with project, procurement, finance and operations teams to protect revenue and ensure on-budget delivery.

You will influence contract lifecycle decisions, analyze risk, and support sourcing strategies while upholding procurement policy and compliance across projects in Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or diploma in construction, commerce, law or related field
• At least 3+ years in a Contracts Administrator or similar role
• Experience administering contracts in construction, engineering, marine, resources or infrastructure projects
• Experience managing variations, claims and contract documentation

Responsibilities

• Administer head contracts and subcontractor agreements, assessing terms and amendments
• Manage variations, claims and contract documentation while protecting revenue and budget
• Monitor contract compliance and address deviations before escalation
• Coordinate EOIs, RFQs and tenders in line with procurement policy and probity
• Shape sourcing strategy for value for money and compliant delivery
• Analyze spend, supplier performance and cost data to explain drivers and savings
