Job summary

Salt is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Sydney for a 12-month contract with hybrid work arrangements. You will manage and resolve challenging issues for ServiceNow platform partners and customers, developing subject matter expertise within the support department.

The role requires strong debugging skills, experience with Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, and relational databases, plus excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor4s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
• Based in Sydney, Australia; permanent resident or citizen.
• Experience in technical customer support and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot the most difficult technical issues for ServiceNow platform customers.
• Analyze log files and perform debugging tasks.
• Work with dynamic HTML components: AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML.
• Strong experience with Java or a similar backend language.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
