Job summary

Hindmarsh is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join Sydney's project teams. You will be responsible for procurement, subcontractor management and head contract administration to help achieve financial targets and project objectives.

Working on Health, Laboratory, Aged Care and Retirement Living developments, you will report to the Project Manager and support the Commercial Lead, with training provided for CHEOPS, Aconex and related software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Contracts Administration or related role.
• Familiarity with contract law principles & construction Acts, codes and regulations.
• Experience using CHEOPS, Aconex or similar construction software (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Preparing subcontract packages, scopes of work, tender evaluations and procurement schedules.
• Managing subcontractor and head contract administration.
• Assessing progress claims and variations.
• Supporting project forecasting, cost control and reporting through CHEOPS and Aconex.
• Contributing to commercial outcomes and project delivery objectives.
