Job summary

Hansen Yuncken is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join our Sydney team, delivering complex projects across commercial, education and defence sectors. You will manage head contracts, subcontract relationships, procurement, cost reporting and programming, ensuring contractual documentation is accurate and timely.

We value excellent communication and negotiation skills, a safety‑minded approach, and a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.

Qualifications

• Recent Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience as a Senior Contract Administrator in a main contractor environment.
• Strong understanding of head contracts and subcontract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CHEOPS.
• Experience across procurement, cost reporting, programming, and contractual documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive mindset focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.
• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
