Job summary

SEEK is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a large-scale design & construct project in Sydney. This on-site role offers Monday to Friday work with a Junior CA to assist you.

You will lead subcontractor management, compile scopes, tender packages, negotiate prices and final documents, and oversee subcontractor progress claims, procurement, RFIs, EOTs and variations. Experience on apartments or commercial projects over $50M and familiarity with Procore, Aconex, Cheops or Jobpac is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Contracts Administrator.
• Experience on large scale apartments or commercial projects.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or comparable degree.
• Experience on projects exceeding $50 million.
• Exposure to Procore, Aconex, Cheops or Jobpac.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor agreements, scopes of works, tender packages and final contracts.
• Oversee subcontractor progress claims and payments.
• Negotiate procurement and ordering of materials.
• Assist with RFIs, EOTs and variations administration.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to meet programs, deadlines and budgets.
• Provide guidance to junior contract administrators.
